Don't waste your hard earned money folks. The 30 day Guarantee is a scam Dr. Smart Phones techs make you believe your getting a really good deal from an upsell price to begin with. The tech Ramiro lied to my face about the guarantee and he said if the phone cracks or the display has problems please bring it back and they will replace as long as its within the 30 days. I had my iphone plus screen replaced and I paid extra for a protective screen to help prevent future cracks and in less than one week with a brand new cover and a bogus protective screen cover the glass cracks! They are selling cheap screens that crack under less than normal use so they can charge you another $100. The customer service was terrible as they offered no resolution only and I quote" My Vendor wont take this Back" I witness him trying to scam an older couple to reset their phone for $30 Buyer beware I would not recommend this business as it has been my own personal experience they are untrustworthy and do not stand behind there products or service to the public. They also pay customers /reduce their bill for $10.00 for an on the spot Positive Review which I believe is illegal but that's the reason for their positive reviews.
